Our Napa Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a single estate vineyard of ultra premium fruit. The color is a deep, black garnet hue with wild black fruit aromas in the nose.
The wine has balance and power on the palate with blackberry and sweet plum flavors balanced with layers of toasty oak, spices and dark chocolate. The mid-palate has a great acid-to-fruit balance followed by a haunting finish that will leave you wanting more.

This wine is a ruby jewel color with a jammy peppercorn nose and a power packed palate of dried cherries, blueberries, and plums. Integrated tannins give definition to the flavors of dark berries, spices and a lush fruit toned acidity. A hint of dark chocolate fruit lingers on the silky finish.

This full bodied wine was bottled unfiltered of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from volcanic soils. It’s loaded with intense ripe berry fruit, cassis and smoky richness, finishing with good length and velvety tannins. It is a multi-dimensional class that will age well for decades.

Limited Production
Thorn Hill Vineyards focuses on limited production of red Bordeuax varietals as well as small lots of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Petite Sirah. Thorn Hill is committed to hand harvesting and hand sorting each grape cluster prior to crushing. This is a meticulous and labor-intensive method, but it ensures that only the finest, fully matured grapes are used in the wines. This approach includes small lot whole cluster pressing, destemming, cold soaking, extended maceration, barrel-to-barrel racking and bottling without filtration.
